  • Pick one easy meal or plan for the weekend, so you’re not scrambling or making last-minute, stress-filled decisions.
  • Decide on one thing you’re not available for tonight. Maybe it’s emails, maybe it’s chores, maybe it’s the news. Protect your peace.
  • Do one tiny action that tells your body the workweek is over. Change into soft clothes, light a candle, take a walk, or play your favorite song.
